Our Premium Plan includes 2 coach-led sessions per week in a semi-private setting (2–3 people max). These aren’t group fitness classes—they’re guided training sessions focused on your individual goals. You’ll still get personalized attention, form correction, and programming, all at a fraction of the cost of traditional personal training.

Yes! If you prefer private, fully personalized coaching, you can add 1-on-1 personal training on top of any membership:
$40 per session (pay-as-you-go)
$150/month for 1 session per week (4 total)
$280/month for 2 sessions per week (8 total)
