Restorative Yoga

A slow, gentle yoga session focused on deep relaxation, stress relief, and stretching. Perfect for recovery, mindfulness, and recharging your body and mind.

(Included free in membership to non members there will be a fee of $10)

How it differs from regular yoga / flow classes:

  • Pace: Restorative is slow and deliberate, while flow or power yoga moves faster with more sequences.

  • Intensity: Restorative is low intensity, using props like blankets, bolsters, and blocks; flow yoga engages strength, balance, and endurance.

  • Purpose: Restorative emphasizes recovery, relaxation, and stress relief.

  • Experience: You may spend several minutes in each pose in restorative yoga to let your body fully relax, whereas other yoga classes are more movement-focused.
